Weekend of Worship

Registration Deadline: January 11, 2024**

The Weekend of Worship requires each attendee to complete a registration form to be completed online. 

This registration is solely for high school students (age 14-18). If you'd like to attend the Worship 4:24 conference as an adult chaperone, please register at www.cedarville.edu/events/worship424.. Adult chaperones will stay off campus. 

Weekend of Worship Cost: 

• $70 – The cost of the weekend includes all means, your registration cost to the Worship 4:24 Conference, and your Shane & Shane concert ticket.
• Register by January 11, 2024.

Important WOW Housing Update: 

• The WOW students will stay in the dorm room of a CU student that has been screened for this responsibility. The CU student will help the WOW student with logistics while on campus. Some of the dorm rooms will have an available bed, but most of the students will be sleeping on the floor and should prepare accordingly.
• We can only offer on-campus housing to the first 70 individuals who register for WOW. 
• After we reach this limit, on-campus housing will close. However, you can still attend WOW as an off-campus student. Registration will be $70 and will include all meals, the registration cost for the Worship 4:24 Conference, and other WOW-related activities. 

Note for churches: 

• If your band wants to play as part of our band clinic, please email Susan Troth at [email protected].
• If you wish to register and pay for multiple registrants, please select the gray button “ADD REGISTRANT” then add each individual’s information.
• If you desire to pay for your group/band by check, then you will need to select "Pay by Check" under the billing section. Please make the check payable to Cedarville University and send it to the following address: Cedarville University, Attn: Event Services, 251 N. Main St., Cedarville, OH 45314 with the list of registrant names. Please email [email protected] to notify them when the check is in the mail.
• We are unable to refund registrations after January 18, 2024 so please make sure to enter accurate attendee information when you register. 
• Please do not re-register when wanting to exchange or change your registration.  All changes must be submitted by email to [email protected] or by phone at 937-766-4444.  Please include name of registrant, contact information and your desired changes.  We will be happy to help in any way that we able.
  

**A registration deadline is essential to prepare event supplies and materials and food orders for event attendees. Follow this deadline to make your Cedarville experience the best one possible!
